What is emotional Intelligence?   Emotional awareness, which includes the ability to identify your own emotions as well as those of others; the ability to harness emotions and apply them to tasks such as problem solving; the ability to manage your emotions, such as being able to calm down when you are upset. 

 

 

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
